If its train ,bus, grocery small delivery any thing to make everyday life a litte easier this is it .I AM NOT RETURNING IT!! Upon assembling cart, I was unable to locate the 2 smaller fromt wheels!! So decided to return cart! Upon repacking cart, the small wheel were WRAPPED UP IN THE CART’S PLASTIC LINER?So decided to keep cart afterall!? ThanxLove this cart. It is lightweight so easy to move things without additional weight of cart. Love that the basket folds up to move larger items. Very helpful for older lady like me. Not difficult to assemble but the instructions could be better and the pictures clearer.Update: After I left my review ( see below) and gave the item one star, seller contacted me to collect more information on my experience to improve their product. They were very professional and did not even mention my review and did not ask for change of review in exchange for resolving the issue. Instead, they listened and without me even asking them for anything refunded me in full. I really hope they improve their product because I really like the seller and how professional they are.12/14: If I could give it zero star I would.This is a very overpriced piece of junk and if you are purchasing it for someone with back problems, it can be dangerous. I bought this for my mom who has back and elbow issues and could not carry grocery bags from her car to the house. She lives in a garden unit so there are 4 steps to the unit and not more. She goes shopping twice a month and does not have a major heavy load. All that to say This "heavy duty" cart shouldn't have broken in 3 month after handful of uses. It was not used more than 8 times maybe and each time the load was not heavier than 50 pounds. the base frame broke completely. The window of return has closed so I can't return it.I will contact the seller and based on the response will update this review.The company responded to my note that one front wheel was not swiveling by sending me 2 new front wheels and hardware. I'm very happy with their response and am now happy with the product.One front swivel wheel won't swivel. I oiled it, I tightened it, I loosened it, nothing helps. Very disappointed because I bought the very same cart from a now-unavailable company and love it, hence I bought a 2nd one from this company. I left a message for the seller but have not heard back. If the company sends a replacement swivel wheel, I will update this review.From the many choises I saw, I selected this because it had breaks on the front wheels, had and extra handle in the main bar. It arrivea today, and to my surprise, the front wheels dont have brakes, there is no extra handle in the main bar, the bag looks used and bundle rope is torn. I have to climb stairs and the stair climbing wheels are perfect It is light weight and has a large basket. It is handy for moving other things around my living area.I love the folding ability of this cart, the removable cloth shopping bag, the 360 rotating wheels as well as the stair climbing back wheels.No gira bien por las llantas delanteras, aguanta bien pero menos de 20 Kg, sirve bien para escalones bajos.
