UPDATE: Could not resolve the mechanical issue with the cart; however, the merchant was VERY responsive to our review, examined pictures I sent, and ultimately gave us a full refund and told us to keep the cart anyway.In other ways, the cart is very nice and seems sturdy and well made--maybe we got a faulty wheel. I was very impressed with the speed at which they addressed this, and their understanding attitude, so my 4 star rating reflects that.Hard to see in the photo, but the cart does not stand straight up....kind of leans forward, which then causes the small front wheels to catch on any kind of lip, uneven pavement, etc. Is it supposed to be slightly canted toward the front?? I want to love this, but it was very difficult to wheel without the front wheels catching. Would like to hear from seller.BoughtIt for my disabled daughter for Christmas last year and it has already broken.This cart is perfect for bringing groceries in with one tripMakes pedestrian's life easy peasy any way u travel. I really hope they improve their product because I really like the seller and how professional they are.12/14: If I could give it zero star I would.This is a very overpriced piece of junk and if you are purchasing it for someone with back problems, it can be dangerous. I bought this for my mom who has back and elbow issues and could not carry grocery bags from her car to the house. She lives in a garden unit so there are 4 steps to the unit and not more. She goes shopping twice a month and does not have a major heavy load. All that to say This "heavy duty" cart shouldn't have broken in 3 month after handful of uses. It was not used more than 8 times maybe and each time the load was not heavier than 50 pounds. the base frame broke completely. The window of return has closed so I can't return it.I will contact the seller and based on the response will update this review.Love this cart. It is lightweight so easy to move things without additional weight of cart. Love that the basket folds up to move larger items. Very helpful for older lady like me. Not difficult to assemble but the instructions could be better and the pictures clearer.This products is amazing but the handle of mine broke with just 2 uses. Nothing heavy at all inside the cart. Is anyway I can exchange or buy another handle? to be able to use it again. With no handle is not the same and I hate it. I will love to know what’s the warranty in this product. I have to climb stairs and the stair climbing wheels are perfect It is light weight and has a large basket. It is handy for moving other things around my living area.I love the folding ability of this cart, the removable cloth shopping bag, the 360 rotating wheels as well as the stair climbing back wheels.No gira bien por las llantas delanteras, aguanta bien pero menos de 20 Kg, sirve bien para escalones bajos.
