We found 25 bags with a manufacturing defect in the recent bundle ordered. Although this is not a huge expense, as a nonprofit food pantry, every penny counts. We rely on sturdy bags to fill with food for our neighbors in need, and bags without sealed bottoms are not usable. We understand mistakes happen and hope this manufacturing error can be corrected.Decent quality bags, haven't ran into defective ones yet.Had not opened order until needed so too late for refund. These bags look like rejects. The glue sealing the bags together does not. I have gone through 25% of bags now and thrown them away. They either are open because of gluing issue or have cuts in the sides of the bags making the unusable. Will not order again!
