This is such a great idea and design. It reminds me to eat the fruits and veggies and leftovers that normally go to waste. The drawers in my fridge are no longer where good intentions go to die.Very sturdy and no chance of slipping, Great for foodies with 2 much food in fridge and forget what is in there, LOL. I like the ability to tear off the list as well.Lines are a little light without a ton of room in between but really doesn't matterWhat a great product! The magnet on the back is big and will not move when you place it on your fridge (or wherever you put yours). The paper is great quality and I love the color.The best part is just the practical use of this notepad. When my husband and I moved in together, he had a random magnetic notepad he got at a event. We used that notepad to jot down groceries we needed as we went through them. It started off as a reminder for us but turned into a great way for us to save money at the grocery store. When we ran out of paper for that pad, I searched on Amazon and found this pad and realized that the mental gymnastics I do every week/other week when I go to the grocery store is all written out here. I constantly have to look inside our fridge to see what leftovers we have; what veggies and fruits are about to go bad. I love that this pad has the appropriate space for all these things AND you can tear away the grocery list. Yes, please. Love a notepad that I will use ALL parts of.This seems so simple yet it works so well! I write the date of purchase or date I cooked, and date to be thrown out- then everyone can refer to it. I can prioritize this way of what should be eaten first to prevent loss. . It also helps to not “lose” food in the fridge. It definitely helps us keep track of leftovers and I love the separate shopping list. It sticks really well to the fridge. I was going to give 4 stars but that's only because I wish it came in other colors and had a magnetic pen that came with it. But since I knew it didn't when purchasing then it shouldn't take away the rating for what it is. Hopefully when I'm in need of a new one there will be more colors.I've struggled a lot with leftover food and veggies.I meal prep a lot and it can be hard to track how long some have been in the fridge and what's going bad. I use the magnetic back to keep it on the fridge. The small perforated side is used for keeping my ongoing grocery list. I use another section for a list of menu items for which I have purchased ingredients. Finally I use another section for listing the cooked meals that are currently in the fridge. I date these so that we know which foods to eat first. This has been a great tool for keeping me organized.I overall love this pad, it helps us keep track of leftovers and what to prioritize eating. Definitely different from most of the others on Amazon where future meal planning takes up the majority of the space. Only qualms are that the shopping list space feels a bit narrow and I wish the paper was thicker.
