Shoulder strap ripped out, sewed it back myself. Then one of top zippers broke. 20 hours of delivery clocked with it so far. Not worth it.Sturdy bag with the extra bottom layers and straps. Arm strap dos come loose everytime I take it off and have to adjust it tho. I use this for deliver and it works great with the extra space and the extended pizza storage is a plus. Only thing is it can only hold up to “14” inch pizzas sometimes I get a order with a 16 or 18 inch and have to find other means to hold it or cancel. No where to securely store drink cups from fast food places. If you out in the side pockets you gotta be careful because the bag does hang at an angle most of the time which also doesn’t help me when I have an order with extra fluids like a saucy pasta or gravy in a meal. Got a couple spills because of the angle the bag rests on my back. I have the straps tight and still get a occasional leak, maybe I’m doing something wrong I don’t know. For the most part though I’m really glad I got it just have to be more aware depending on the contents inside.The bag is pretty top notch and holds everything I have going on. I deliver food, so the bag being lightweight yet sturdy is important here. The food is still warm by the time I get to my destination, so the insulation is good too.The extension component for pizza is clutch! I delivered a couple pizzas, and found that they fit quite nicely. I believe the pizzas came in 14 inch boxes.If I were to improve upon this bag, I would add some ring/loop attachments on the top and bottom of the bag so you can use a bungy cord to attach extra items to the exterior of the bag.My intention is to regularly deliver food, so this was a good investment. There are cheaper bags, but you get what you pay for! I've only used the bag for two shifts, but so far, everything is going well. My only concern is for the zippers holding up with repeat usage, but so far I have zero complaints about this bag.Definitely not worth the price bag is cheaply made straps broke in a month and a half of use in very careful with it too despite it still breaking also the insulated lining was coming off so for it's price it's not worth buyingVery easy to use well put together the materials are nice quality and is very comfortable to wear even when it's weighted down I've done grocery shopping on my motorcycle with this and it worked greatThe strap broke in just a few days' use. Cost me money because I had to quit in mid-shift.Zipper popped and the bag strap came offExcelente producto y calidad para hacer deliverysThis is a decent bag, it is not as tall as some, but having the option to expand the back end to handle pizza's is great, it can also be used to store small orders.My only negative would be that the shoulder straps continue to loosen and always need to be tightened up again, otherwise the bag rides too low.Overall great bag, good zippers and stitching seems good quality.This one has very good design with expendable button. I could take regular and large pizza no problem. However, with XL pizza, it won't fit. So when I get the order, I had to check what size is the order.It's still good value allow delivery people on bike and e-scooter to take more orders.Bought 2 of these and both of them had the top zipper came off after only two months of use. It is impossible to fix the zipper once it comes off, and you can't close the bag anymore so it becomes pretty much useless. Buyer beware!I was looking for something practical, to use for food delivery. This product has a lot of space, is able to carry 2 14" pizza boxes and you can arrange the separators to carry other things at the same time. It's comfortable, although the straps loose a bit from time to time, but nothing that can't be handle. It keeps food hot during more than 10 minutes (this is the most time I have had to be outside) while at 6°C-8°C outside without issues. I'm guessing it might keep the temperature for around 20-30minDesign is good but it is low quality for the price!
