While the seat has suggestion of being a direct replacement, the three side holes on each side for the arm rest are just holes with no threads. There is no way to mount the arm rest. Not tearing apart seat to get nuts behind it or purchase a nursert installer to complete the change over. Seat mounting threads are not same as OEM.If you say direct replacement, be a direct replacement.Waste of time
